Refund policy
Exchanges Only
We do not offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:
Exchange Window: You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your outfit.
Condition: The outfit must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was delivered, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the exchange process, including return and re-delivery.
Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If it meets our return standards, we will process the exchange.
Important Notes
We reserve the right to reject the exchange if the outfit shows signs of wear or damage that was not present at the time of delivery.
Custom-stitched or altered items may not be eligible for exchange.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
